Anyone else? I really want the -3(while hexed) if possible. Mainly because i dont want to pay for a mod that i wont ever use. i.e. enchanting.

I have a gold skeleton shield +7 vs. piercing, -2 hexed but I am using it everyday so I am not sure whether I want to sell it though :-). How much a +8 -3 hexed worth?

Does the +8 and -3 hexed exist at all? I used to have a -3 hexed but 10% (not always). Can anyone confirm whether a +8 and -3 hexed (always) exists?

Yes, it exists. And the price has gone up considerably because of the new FoW warrrior spider run for shards...
